 Khandarpara No. 4 of the union upazila of only sixteen villages. The sixteen villages of this union are like a sample city of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's imagined 'village will be a city'. Khandarpara has all the facilities that a modern city should have like every area of ​​the entire upazila. There is internet-wifi, sky culture, there is no paved road anywhere in the area. More than 300 residents of 16 villages have 3-storied buildings, two-storied and one-storied houses. And by seeing the semi-finished houses in all the houses, it can be understood that the socio-economic development of all the residents of this union exists. Although most of the people of the union are farmers, this Khandarpara is the birthplace of government, private, expatriate and local businessmen. A hundred years ago, the bright stars of Muksudpur were living in this Khandarpara.



Khandarpar has always been at the top of the upazila as Ratnargbha. Ramchandra Shekhar Majumdar was the court poet of Bhushana or Magura king 
Shitaram Roy in the late Mughal period. Due to the presence of Sabhakabi, the toll collection of Bhushana Pargana with Khandarpar, Bahugram and neighboring Mahmudpur Union area of ​​Muksudpur Upazila was difficult. Toll was then known as Ramchandrapur village.
After that, when Khanjahan Ali preached Islam in Bagerhat, one of his familiar brothers and generals came to this area. Legend has it that Commander Khandahar Ali (r.a.) set up the Dera or army camp to prevent floods, and gradually, over time, it became known as Khandarpar. Many Vaidyas, Brahmins, Shudras used to live in this area before the arrival of Khandahar Ali (RA), the general of Khan Jahan Ali.Despite differences in religion and social behavior, everyone lived together. Among the Muslims, the upper clans were headed by Khan, Khan Pathan, Lashkar, Miya, Munshi. Even after that, fisherman, cobbler, tailor, jola, washerman also lived in that area. It is clearly understood in the naming of various places.

In that area, Calcutta graduate Ashraf Khan, Bangabandhu uncle famous Raja Mia Sab, Advocate Quader Khan of Faridpur will be remembered for another hundred years.
Haldhar Majumdar, the royal advocate of Tripura, settled in Khandarpara. Eldest son Prakash Majumder is a lawyer of Calcutta High Court, middle son Shatish Majumder was chief engineer of railway department of undivided Bengal. The Kalukhali-Bhatiapara railway line was established because Mother Vidhumukhi Devi would come home by train from Kolkata.
He came to Khandarpara by boat from Bhatiapara. Sadashib Majumder, Lakshmi Narayan Roy, Kavi Vishnuram, Kaviraj Chandra Shekhar Majumder, Abhiram Majumder, Khagen Roy, Kailash Roy Kalidas Chakraborty are still talked about by many.
A son of Khandarpara Union, Member of Parliament of Jatiya Sangsad since 1996, was the Minister of Commerce, Aviation and Tourism in the Government of Bangladesh. After his debut in the Central Committee as Secretary of Industry and Commerce of Bangladesh Awami League, he served as Secretary of International Affairs.For his work efficiency and prudence, Bangabandhu's daughter, leader Sheikh Hasina, is a member of the party's highest policy-making president's council, former army officer Muhammad Farooq Khan MP's home village, Bejara Union, is very well-known and traditional.A traditional region of Khandarpara Muksudpur Upazila, bearing the witness of the past, gradually became Khandarpara Union. Today Khandarpara Union is bright in its own identity in various fields including education, culture, religious events, sports.
